Eastland building a Kobe Steakhouse, same as plaza?

Eastland is building a Kobe Seakhouse and Primo's, I thought the plaza has something like that.

Kona is pretty cool...they have big windows that open up to Brush Creek...even had them open last night when I walked by...looked like a cool place for happy hour.
