I like DTC. They have some cool stuff but, in the beginning, they were really cool, like a Harry Epsteins, with tons of great and weird surplus stuff and a blue collar bent.

When your selling points for a shopping center are a waterfall and stocked lake I think they don't know how to sell yet more retail in an area.
