•Charles Ball SunfreshMarket will open in the new Prescott Plaza, 241 S. 18th St., Kansas City, Kan., in late October or early November. The majority owners, Charles W. Ball and his son John Ball, are relocating from 1816 Central where the Ball family has operated a grocery since the mid-1940s. Charles W. Ball’s father, Charles L. Ball, opened his first grocery store at 1804 Central on June 8, 1933, the day Charles W. Ball was born.
The new store is 43,000 square feet, about triple the size of the current location.
More Prescott Plaza tenant announcements are expected in a couple of weeks.

Was waiting to hear who was going in. I knew the Chas Ball was coming. This will be some nice in-fill for KCK
