I have decided to throw my hat in the ring for discussing neighborhood zones. :lol:

1. Downtown : River to I-70
2. Crosstown-Crown Center-Union Station: I-70 to Crown Center (southern edge of CC)
3. Midtown-Westport-Plaza: 31st Street to 51st Street, State line to Troost

No other neighborhoods or munincipalities matter, lose them...lose them NOW.
