My wife and I will be going. I'm really looking forward to seeing the neighborhood in detail.

Fire in the 1800 block of Pendleton Ave. That's a shame, this is one of my favorite little stretches of houses in KC, along with some others in the area. Hope the damage was limited.

I saw someone had submitted a plan to build two infill single family homes at 119 and 121 Brooklyn Ave. I'm not sure who is behind it, but I wonder if this could start a trend of some more infill sfh in the area.

I only see the plans/drawings for one home: 2 Bed, 1200 sqft home. This rendering they submitted obviously doesn't show the correct surroundings, it must have just come with the plans:

Here is a new plan on Compass for 5 infill single family homes flanking the existing home at 408 Olive St.

https://compasskc.kcmo.org/EnerGov_Prod ... b=moreinfo

Looks like they would be narrow and densely packed, like the original homes. Good to see. I'm not sure if the other proposed homes in Pendelton Heights have been built. Hopefully it will take off as an area for SFH infill.

Compass says they are interested in using incentives

New plan is 4 homes with a detention pond.
