Does anyone know what is going on with the approved apartment development for this site? I had expected to see bulldozers this past summer, but still no activity.

The area to the lower right where the Jr. League clubhouse was, was planned 20 years ago to be an extension of the Plaza West development with a medium rise offic building. I know the property has changed hands and am not sure if Highwoods owns it now or not. With Bernstein Rein leaving Plaza West doesnt look good for anything happening here soon.
The smaller parcel is just a grassy island that needs a new sidewalk.
The other parcel was supposed to have been purchased by a law firm a few years back, again nothing going on there.
