Anybody heard what this place is supposed to be about? From what I heard it was a 2 story store with a restaurant piece and kind of a grocery store as well. Supposed to be in the building with the movie theatres on the SE corner of the building.

I guess they've had a lot of problems with getting the construction done, even to the extent of $2M lawsuits.

KC...where exactly is this going in at? The old Seville bldg (Plaza theaters). SE corner? I've been in the second floor space, with the balcony. It's got great potential. Last I heard a restaurant was looking at the space, but nothing ever happened. Let me know if you hear anything else...

The Seville Square building? Supposedly an Italian restaurant/grocery.

Here's a semi-recent story about Pascal's...that is the location. It is supposed to have a grocery store on the 2nd level I believe.
