The historic home on the NW corner of 45th & Oak has been demolished by KCAI. I think the campus master plan showed surface parking here, but I hope I am wrong.

damn. That was a nice looking house. I noticed they painted it all grey a while back, probably to make it disappear from people's consciousness prior to demolition.
