Artist Housing: Northeast KC on Independence Ave

The artist space spanning a whole block on Independence Ave between Olive and Park, and will contain 38 units. There will also be another apartment building and townhomes built. The project has received tax credits from the Missouri Housing Development Commission, and is expected to begin construction in summer 2017. Brinshore of Chicago is developing the project.
