This area is really starting to shape up. Hopefully the storage place across the street goes away and is redeveloped soon.

Edit: I can't find the thread for it, but does anyone have any updates on the MGE building? It's supposed to have phase 1 and 2 done by Summer 2017 but I've never seen any movement on it.

Wonder if that other hotel on Linwood and Broadway will eventually be converted into something a little nicer. It seems like a nice fit for a Hampton Inn or something.

These plans are labeled as a "concept". Does anyone know if there is anything more to this? It seems a little strange to do a concept with a specific brand, rather than keeping it generic.

It looks like VFW currently owns that parcel.

This is the block to the north of this project where the one story medical building is today. the VFW does own it

So this is direct north of the MGE building project
