Work has been going on here for a few months. I believe they put some new copper flashing (or something copper) on these as well. Doing a great job.

I am really surprised those houses are being renovated. I expected they would be demolished and some retail slab put in their place.

Traffic is really that bad in West Plaza? I just figured I wouldn't want to live on a Freeway like road which both of these kind of act like.

You think it's bad now, imagine how torturous it will be to hear the constant electronic ding ding ding of the streetcar.

I was mostly joking, but I do despise electronic bells. It's like making a vegan meal that tastes like meat.

Ward Parkway one way pair to/from JoCo and the east side, Madison/Belleview is a one way pair to/from downtown.

State Line Road is one path from the south and southwest to KU Med

There's a regional school on one side, a major shopping center and business district on the other

It's one of the places where the grid breaks adding complexity. You can't really go around these places

The east end is a lot of car-centric dense apartments

It's basically a perfect storm for traffic.

I had a dream last night about the machine I invented that cut tofu into random shrimp shapes.

Are you telling me this is not my ticket to fame and fortune?

Vegan fake meat is like watching porn were the performers just pretend to be underage.
