Coleman Highlands Infill Housing

Post by flyingember »

Holly St at W 32nd. Four infill lots for sale. They're also priced WAY too high. They should be no more than 2/3 that price.

I bought land in a similarly desirable neighborhood a similar distance from downtown and paid a large amount under what they're asking for these lots and the Westside has desirable land priced at about $100k

Here's the MLS codes.

The lots are pricey. I think they are using the skyline views to justify that. It definitely is a unique selling point, but I don't know if people will pay that much extra for it.
