When Hedgepath bought the building in 2009, his initial proposal was 35 apartments.

Developer wins incentives for historic school's residential conversion
Under Hedgepath's plan, the 110-year-old school building at 3521 Summit St. will be transformed into 39 apartment units. Another 22 units are planned in two additions to be constructed on the north side of the building.

I'm happy to see this project happen.

I don't really care for Del, but I hate to see this school sit empty.

The alternative might be to demolish it, and that would be really really sad

That article also mentions that the Congress Bldg. lofts on Broadway are finished.
