New Springhill Suites on the Plaza?

Eek. This should be a case study for how not to design a hotel. Predicting this will be torn down by 2035. Such a waste.

I can usually try to find a reason for a design decision.
This one would be laziness. They could have put a lower level in on the site easily.

The pedestal looks like a WWII era German flak tower.

The comments on here are brutal LOL but yeah what an odd location that area is a bitch to get in and out of. Patrons have easy access to a liquor store and an Asian massage parlor.
