2626 Tracy Avenue has had the exterior improved. I don't know if the entire house was renovated though.

Forest Avenue south of Beacon Hill Lane (E. 25th Street) has been reconstructed completely to 27th Street, and it now Forest Court with a landscaped island median.

2112 Tracy has been remodeled. I figured this building would be demolished eventually as part of the redevelopment of the northern section of Beacon Hill north of 22nd Street. It appears to have suffered a fire at some point.

It appears they are removing all the trees west of this property. This is looking south from E. 21st Street between Tracy and Forest.

The Stone Puppet Theater building has been demolished, and the site appears to be being prepared for redevelopment.
