It matches the new and ugly apartments just south of 24th on Troost. At first I thought it was an odd place for a hotel but clearly there due to the hospital. It very much looks like many of the hostels I stayed at throughout Scandinavia. At 90 rooms, you don't get much for 13 million.earthling wrote:Nice. I like the mashup of various patterns/materials.

The 24th/Troost apartments aren't bad. They could be better but they're a nicer design than a lot being built right now.
The hotel will look better than the rendering and anything is better than a big empty lot right at a freeway offramp/outer road

Two more foundations have been poured next to these houses on the west side of the 2500 block of Tracy--just north of 25th Terrace.
