Union Hill Place

I am looking at a place there now. Anyone know anybody who lives there now, or has in the past? I'd love to hear what people have to say about it.

Yeah we drove around there the other day....looks like a great place....seems like a place a lot of older people buy into, not sure why, just my impression....all those rowhouses sold out before they were even built.

Well, I'm referring to the apartments, as I am still a largely penniless twenty-something, unable to purchase a home.
