Water main break @ 10th & Main

Quite a mess this morning...looks like they are getting ready to fix it now.  Affecting water service in many surrounding buildings.

water was out from around 6 in the morning when i woke up, until around 8:30 at night or so, at least in the hanover building.  i didnt realize they would have to tear up the intersection like that. 
what gets me now though, is that they have put black top over the whole thing, and allow traffic to cross over it going north and south, but they still have the road closed signs cutting it off by the bus stop, keep people from going accross it from the west.  maybe it will change by monday
