If you want to do a land swap with one of the most influential civic leaders and his company (Crosby, UMB)....ASK HIM FIRST.
Jesus.

i resent your remark re: The Dude; however, Kemper III has a 666 birthmark on the back of his next.

Bad move on Andy's part, but now we'll see if Kemper's ego will keep him from doing the swap. He's apparently insulted as hell. I suspect he'll try to punish Andy by holding up the swap, or refusing it flat out.
Are you sure we're talking about the same God here, because yours sounds kind of like a dick.

Kemper Jr. must have been REALLY pissed, because the Biz Journal is now reporting that his son, R. Crosby Kemper III has just resigned as CEO of UMB. Oops.

Yep, with stock worth almost $50 million. Poor guy, hope he lands on his feet.

You think UMB is going to be bought by Wells Fargo? I hope not. UMB is already in Colorado and Omaha which would cause some problems as WF is too.
There is definitely something going on there that isn't business as usual. I wouldn't be suprised if some lawsuits start flying back and forth next.
