Re: OFFICIAL: Bridgeworks Condos
Are bondage and marijuana really compatible? I would think the pot would make you way to mellow to want to go to all the trouble of running around tying people up and spanking them.
Re: OFFICIAL: Bridgeworks Condos
Anyone have a website for these... price range?

The pot smoking comes afterwards!LenexatoKCMO wrote: Are bondage and marijuana really compatible? I would think the pot would make you way to mellow to want to go to all the trouble of running around tying people up and spanking them.
If you're not on the EDGE, you're taking up TOO MUCH ROOM!

I am not sure that the larger units have been sold, but they were "reserved" as early as last March. They will probably be flipped upon completion, so I would inquire if interested.
Re: OFFICIAL: Bridgeworks Condos
10 homes are now under contract with nonrefundable deposits, including the five larger plans.
Re: OFFICIAL: Bridgeworks Condos
faux stucco panels? Jesus H.
Re: OFFICIAL: Bridgeworks Condos
that's the real shit there bro.....
Re: OFFICIAL: Bridgeworks Condos
Really? I haven't been down there in a few months, so I'll take your word for it. I was really excited about these houses. Modern dense single family/rowhome infill is what I think KC really needs throughout the urban core. I balked at the price, but whatever, some other people seemed to think that was par for the course.
I just thought that fourth picture down looked like pre-cast stucco panels. The elevations with more blocky brickwork/windows looked great, but the stucco elevations look Phoenixy.

Re: OFFICIAL: Bridgeworks Condos
can confirm its the real thing....Stucco that is. I saw them applying it.
BTW...I'm starting to really like this project. NOTHING like it downtown. Can't wait till Oak Street goes back in.

Even with the real McCoy, they have to put expansion joints in the stucco. Depending on how you view them (in photos especially) they can look a whole lot like the pre-cast panels.chingon wrote: I just thought that fourth picture down looked like pre-cast stucco panels. Re: OFFICIAL: Bridgeworks Condos
Are you sure it's stucco and not dryvit. Stucco is pretty rare anymore.
Re: OFFICIAL: Bridgeworks Condos
unfinished units had a metal mesh covering the exterior. i assume that is what the stucco adheres to?shinatoo wrote: Are you sure it's stucco and not dryvit. Stucco is pretty rare anymore.
Re: OFFICIAL: Bridgeworks Condos
Went through the model unit over the weekendl. Project looks great!
Re: OFFICIAL: Bridgeworks Condos
Yep - we had our house stucco'd when built, and that's the process. If put up right, both the stucco and the paint will last a hell of a long time. Our builder told us that we'd get sick of the color long before it needed repainting.DaveKCMO wrote: unfinished units had a metal mesh covering the exterior. i assume that is what the stucco adheres to?
Re: OFFICIAL: Bridgeworks Condos
JB you got it....exactly right. The entire project is stucco with brick face along the fronts of the houses. Current houses with black exterior have lath awaiting stucco application.
