Major Projects 2018

[Highlander]

I was trying to figure out what's on the construction plate for KC downtown in 2018

Here is what comes to mind (sorry for the generic names - cannot remember official project names):

1) Loews Convention Hotel
2) Arterra in the Crossroads
3) Children's Mercy Research Building
4) Any chance Three Light gets underway in 2018?
5) Any chance construction returns to the River Market green apartment complex stopped by legal battle between developer/contractor?
6) Corrigan Station add on
7) South Crown Center apartment project

What's missing?

I know there are various projects very near completion in downtown which I did not include. Also quite a bit going on in Midtown and the Plaza as well.

- Scientology church in crossroads
- OPUS Crossroads apt building (Faultless Linen)

Could the flashcube conversion happen this year?

it will definitely be a big year.

The Indigo Hotel conversion of the former KC Costume Building.
The Bray Hotel renovation.
The conversion of the Lyric Theater building into the new YMCA is supposed to start in the fall.
The Mark Twain tower conversion is supposed to start in 2018.
The McQueeny-Lock building renovation has started.

- Hotel Indigo Crossroads (KC Costume Co renovation)
- Centric HQ (McQueeny Lock renovation)
- Union at Berkeley
- ARTerra
- New Yorker (Hotel Bray renovation)

It doesn't appear that these started:

- Mark Twain renovation
- Opus Crossroads
- Three Light
