I like the dark cladding on the upper section facing McGee. The rowhouses have a very shallow back to front foundations. Looks like they may do some interesting terraced landscaping. Room enough on Gilham for a double row of trees.

This project does look very nice. My only critique is the placement of the electrical equipment along 27th. I wish it could have been hidden elsewhere in the project.
...I'd also like to have the garage facade hidden on 27th, but overall you hardly know the garage is there as it is. Really going to be a nice pedestrian experience along McGee

^Hard to tell how much streetfront retail but that corner access is nice and needs to be used more often in other projects. Above avg project so far it seems but hard to tell what kind of streetvibe this will entice.

I really like the little courtyard between the two 5-story buildings on McGee - hope the idea is to incorporate that in with the retail buildings.

I really like the architectural style of this. I think this will age better than some of the other stuff going up like the new apartments on the riverfront and the corner was nicely done. Hopefully this entire area builds out quickly so union hill is better connected to crown center.

I love this development! I've been watching it transform the whole vibe around CC and it LOOKS good too! Could not be more excited about this.

The townhomes are now being marketed. August 2019 completion date. It looks like they are all listed at $395k for 3 bed, 3 bath, 1,549 sq ft.

Where are you seeing that Aug 2019 completion date?KCtoBrooklyn wrote: ↑Wed Nov 14, 2018 1:27 pm The townhomes are now being marketed. August 2019 completion date. It looks like they are all listed at $395k for 3 bed, 3 bath, 1,549 sq ft.
9.5 months out seems like a lot of time especially since the foundations and ground floor slabs are already poured

Framing, exterior cladding and interior finish? That doesn't seem like a bad timeline considering it is winter.Critical_Mass wrote: ↑Wed Nov 14, 2018 1:39 pmWhere are you seeing that Aug 2019 completion date?KCtoBrooklyn wrote: ↑Wed Nov 14, 2018 1:27 pm The townhomes are now being marketed. Wonder why they opted to not have rooftop decks on these.

Agent in leasing office said that they are way behind in the projections and goals for leasing.

Ton of inventory in the dead of winter. Sounds like this is the same story citywide for new projects.normalthings wrote: ↑Wed Dec 19, 2018 7:42 pmDidn’t anyone else not know that they were leasing yet?
