Seems they would work with Calverts or the other parcel and open up more options.

pretty much everyone agrees that calvert's is overpriced.

Calvert can operate his business and wait to see what price he can get. It's not like the building is sitting empty and he's paying taxes on an empty property.

buildings are now for sale. pretty sure this idea is dead.
