Cars parked in the garage. Maybe move-ins have started? They're advertising a 2BR unit on Instagram that will be ready 2/19.

Dominos appears to be located into the ground level. Seems strange with a dominos already at 11th and Main.

Maybe it's moving as Lightwell building is raising the bar with foodie hall and maybe raising rent of the outer facing tenants.

But sad to see a chain go into RM area, which has been chain free and ideally would stay that way. Will the neighborhood care?

good point. Not sure if they do much of a lunch business anyways so this could be just a move.

I heard through the grapevine a while back that Domino's was being "kicked out" of City Center Square to make room for a "better" chain, IIRC.

Is plausible given Lightwell looks to be raising the bar with another foodie hall. And WeWork buildings tend to have above avg eats. I'd be surprised if they even target a chain unless it's a specialty.
