As a resident of this building since inception, I wouldn't be surprised if this place is sold off from Yarco (my fingers are crossed). They've been letting the maintenance and cleanliness slide, but as of late it's really nosedived. Management is nonexistent (so much so they recently had mounted TV's stolen during "office hours") and the list of issues is growing by the day. For my sanity I hope it's soon and fast.
