Also, it seems a lot of people complain about the price but most buildings include ammenities that remove costs you might normally have: pools, gym spaces, entertainment areas, etc. You have to give some value to those items.
Trash is generally the only thing included across all properties. If it's an old building that was renovated water is usually included, with heat rarely if ever included. New construction is always all utilities on you.
Good to know. If I ever move DT one day, that’s one less bill to pay along with car payment, insurance, gas and gym membership. I’m sure my gas bill would be much smaller too.

Take a tour of The Grand, featuring a 2nd-story dog park and KC’s highest rooftop pool

Does anyone know if they plan to finish the sign at the top of the building? Right now it just says “G” and has for quite some time.

That's also where the private balconies are, so I doubt they will be putting the rest up there.

Reminds me a bit of the PSFS Building in Philadelphia.

Yes, it is full color RGB. Pretty similar to the “Lights” signage that they often change the color on. I suspect these guys will do the same with theirs.

I worked at what was then a new building, Traders National Bank. It was my first real job. I sorted checks for $1.29/hour. Times have certainly changed since 1963.
