I just wish it was like foil "holographic" and shimmered at sunset. Also I'm running a fever so take that with a grain of salt I guess.

I didn't think something so hideous could be spelled the same as vinyl records. Plus, I was just too lazy to look up the spelling. :)

Terrace on Walnut Apartment Project Opens ‘Just Under the Wire’ for Tour
A development that converted a former newspaper warehouse at 1721 Walnut St. into 38 market-rate apartments is off to a fast start, leasing a dozen units barely a week after its opening.

The Terrace on Walnut project was ready for showing “just under the wire” for last weekend’s Urban Homes Tour, said Katie Redmon, the leasing agent.

this place looks really sharp at night with the bright yellow stairwell visible from both main and walnut.

We've discussed how minimalism can look cheap if not pulled off well. This looks pretty good in real life in contrast to the old surrounding buildings, much better than the pics. It complements the red brick. Wouldn't want to see a row of these but scattered around Xroads could work.
