There could be a plan in the future to incorporate the Traders on Grand residential surface parking into a structured garage that gets built as part of any 12th-13th & Grand project.

Anybody heard anything about this?

Guessing it is something going in the ground floor of the Muehlebach hotel along Baltimore. Last plan I know of for this space was the owners of the Cashew wanting to put a bar in here called the Acorn - but that was probably 5+ years ago.

Seems like the pic would have focused on the storefront if that were the case. Maybe they'll start using the rest of the building again? Hope the lobby mezzanine gets restored.

Oooooh. Still, seems odd they wouldn't show the windows for more context, or maybe I'm just overanalyzing. Probably that.

Making the space available for pop up events...sadly not anything exciting but will be cool to see the space activated.

Anyone know anything about the Belger properties between Main and Walnut, south of 20th? Anything in the works yet?

Nothing for Belger that I've heard. Perhaps you're referring to the Superior properties just north of there and still south of 20th? Yes, something is happening with those parcels. Can't provide details yet.
