Per Jim Thomas at the KCDT luncheon yesterday: height restriction issues with the FAA and the city have been resolved. Construction should resume soon.

Why would there be any issue with FAA height restrictions? The two buildings that used to be on this site were taller than the buildings being constructed.

Supposedly the FAA paperwork that was being referenced (the paperwork that stopped work)was outdated. Updated paperwork is now on file.

Walked by today and noticed a few workers in and around the unit at 11th and Jefferson doing some work. Still nothing at 11th and Kirk.
