i don't think this shows the transit center going away, just the massive mid-block garage adjacent to it. copaken owns the garage parcel, so that would make sense.

the mockup shows the garage going all the way to 10th. the description of the project clearly has the garage expanding

obviously it's just a mockup though and light on details

I've seen a bus/metrolink station in Clayton that has the transit center under the garage levels and similar at Mall of America. both worked well with dedicated inside waiting space.

could expand parking, improve transit and build a building.

just need to find a place to move that fountain to

Do you guys realize how old that rendering is? It's from the mid 90's. I can't believe they still have it hosted on their site.
