obviously it's just a mockup though and light on details
I've seen a bus/metrolink station in Clayton that has the transit center under the garage levels and similar at Mall of America. both worked well with dedicated inside waiting space.
could expand parking, improve transit and build a building.
just need to find a place to move that fountain to
