Great pictures - I think the final color/brick choice looks way better in person than in the early pictures.

Looks much better with the scaffolding gone, especially the south side. North side looks kind of European utilitarian.

There’s a ‘business in the front...’ joke in there somewhere.

This turned out much better than I thought. When will residents start moving in?

I think it turned out better than the renderings. It looks awesome to me. Very nice contrast to the surrounding brick buildings, it has some industrial charm, but it's not overdone. Very nice.

When the building is done, we need Tosspot to take some aerial photos during the day so we can really get an eye for the contrast of this new building to the others around it.

Another project that I love! Turned out very solid and a great addition to the CR neighborhood!

I can see it from Crown Center. The colors work quite well. It doesn't come off like a blue wall we have along Truman or a beige wall like the 1100 block of Grand

What is the point of that post on the Pitch website? What is it evening communicating? Its so short and lazy that its mind boggling he has the login credentials to even post it. If he wants to whine about something why not just tweet that? All it does is take credibility from him and his publication.

Man, I miss the Pitch of the 80's and 90's.

But even the KMBC article seems unsure how to frame the story. Interesting.

Likely no one here needs reminding, but do recall that this was previously a Superfund site and it is now a lovely apartment tower. This is a massive win for the neighborhood and city.
