I noticed today the forms to pour the floor of 8 are going in. So the room towers will start to take shape in the next few weeks.

Looks like they are encasing the exposed limestone bluff above Truman behind a giant stone wall.

Can now see the full height of the corner amenities in the curve

Double height restaurant on 1,2, fitness center on 3, balcony and restaurant behind on 4,5 and hen the eastern half of 6 has the club

That dark grey precast installed on Baltimore is somewhat foreboding. Not very pedestrian friendly, would make me want to walk on other side of street.

Too bad the Nest cam is in the wrong position to get a view of the maquettes they have put up of the exterior finishes.

I believe it is for testing the curtain wall (window) system to ensure it stands up to leaks and other stresses.

It is to show what the exterior finishes will look like. They have something similar at the Gallerie site and have done it for just about every building put up at Crown Center.

Looks like they are falling behind schedule. No way they can put up two floors on the parking/meeting structure in 2 weeks.
