If only there was a way that they could bring in a constant and consistent flow of revenue
To bad creating a mix used development with either condo, apartment, or office space has never been proven to work before and can’t be done.

Bonds were marketed and garnered a ton of interest. Financial closing on 1/18 and possible ground breaking on 1/22

Nice, I was wondering about the project with all of the hoops it had to jump through. It's good to hear the final pre-construction hoop has been done.

Whoa. I just checked out that forum. There is quite a bit of animosity directed towards kc coming from there. not a friendly place. God bless those of you who spend your time over there. it seems like a flame war breaks out anytime someone posts something about kc development.

Based on that persons track record in the kc thread...i doubt they know what they are talking about.
