Darn, I see the angled roof treatment going on so that means it's topped out. Was hoping it was going to go a little taller. It's a massive looking building from about every perspective and a great addition either way.

I was skeptical about the design of this building, but after seeing it come together, I think it's a great addition!

Thanks for the pictures. This building doesn't look near as prominent as I thought it would from the south. From the pictures, it looks very prominent looking from downtown towards the south though.

I"m guessing strata and 3 light will be about the same height? It'll be nice to add to the density downtown.

Nice pics. Why does the South view have that stone/tan wall? I don't remember seeing that in the renderings. I would have preferred all glass, but still looks nice. Yeah and I wish it was 30 stories.

Because everything in Kansas City has to have at least 20% of that limestone facade by law or something.

Not a fan.

For comparison sake. The convention hotel is 23 floors and about 260 ft.

3-light is going to be around 30 floors with comparable floor heights.
Strata is set to be 25 floors, but office floors tend to be taller (HR Block is 17 stories, but only slightly shorter than the convention hotel at about 240 ft), so it will probably be quite a bit taller than the convention hotel.

One Light is 25 floors, ~329 ft. Two Light is 24 Floors, ~316 feet. By that ratio, Three Light (30 floors) will be about 400 ft (probably smaller imho).

On the other hand, One Cardinal Way is 29 floors, 320 feet.

It’s turned out better IRL than the renderings.

Where do you see One light being 329 ft? Wikipedia lists One Light at about 245 with Two light being about 235 feet. Obviously wikipedia could be wrong, but based on their list of other heights, it seems about right to me.

Some of the heights could be wrong. For instance, city hall is listed in that article as shorter than it is in its own article

I had used Emporis. I agree that those numbers appear off. Looking at a few other websites, One Light appears to be around 300ft and Two light 270 (architectural heights). One Cardinal Way is 334ft (architectural) according to SkyScraperCenter.Com. That puts my new guess at ~330-350 ft.

Using the information above, I was able to create the following... (My Two Light was checked vs Google Street View and is relatively accurate)
