Approaching infinity.
The actual start date is asymptotic to the scheduled date.

If only there was a way that they could bring in a constant and consistent flow of revenue #-o
To bad creating a mix used development with either condo, apartment, or office space has never been proven to work before and can’t be done. ;)

Bonds were marketed and garnered a ton of interest. Financial closing on 1/18 and possible ground breaking on 1/22

Nice, I was wondering about the project with all of the hoops it had to jump through. It's good to hear the final pre-construction hoop has been done.

Someone from "Urban STL" claimed that this project at one time was planned to be the new tallest building in Missouri.

Whoa. I just checked out that forum. There is quite a bit of animosity directed towards kc coming from there. not a friendly place. God bless those of you who spend your time over there. it seems like a flame war breaks out anytime someone posts something about kc development.

Based on that persons track record in the kc thread...i doubt they know what they are talking about.

Truman is closed from Broadway to Baltimore. Not sure if it’s just a coincidence, or if they plan on having that stretch closed for the duration of construction.
