News reports say they are already working g with a restaurant group. Please don't let it be bread and butter.

Someone should be hearing some rumors soon about who it may be

maybe houston's? although i believe they said to the neighborhood association it would be chef-driven...

negotiation for the alley vacation is complete. should come before CPC soon, which will allow project to proceed. some of the previous investors are out, but it doesn't sound like it has affected progress.

This has to be pretty old.

"This includes a new 10-story Courtyard Marriott and Residence Inn project that is currently under construction at 16th & Baltimore Street. alley vacation is supposedly on the aug. 15 CPC agenda. looks like the developer and adjacent property owners have reached an agreement.
