never assume to laziness what can be attributed to contract terms

their might be a requirement in a contract to maintain a lane for construction use 24x7.

Their handling of Seventh Street between Broadway and May has been a shitshow, too.

I agree we need new changes. the more construction, the more noise, and the easier to get changes.

I would recommend sending photos to Mr. Staub of legitimate stupid lane closures. He's clearly on the side of being reasonable for construction and road access so good examples of doing things wrong will help get changes.

Here's a link to a video I shot yesterday coming home from work. This was probably 4:40 in the afternoon.

Looks like this is ready for occupancy, given the fact one of my neighbors is moving into an apartment there next week.

really? the area between the buildings is completely dug up, and there aren't even studs done in the other building.

North building has residents from what I can tell. Work continues on the courtyard/pool area as well as the south building.

Construction elevator for the south building came down late last week. From what I've been told, the south building is aiming for a July opening.

Yes, the north building is mostly leased. DNA organized a tour of it a couple months ago and the developer showed a few units. All were rather nice and justified the price tag, at least as far as I can tell.
