Ok, after the other threads were locked, here is another thread about Kansas City Place.
I just found information on kcmo.org about 1 Kansas City Place:
WHEREAS, Robert S. James, Project Manager of the architectural firm of
Patty Berkebile Nelson Immenschuh, has identified that Stages 1 and 2 of the
One Kansas City Place Redevelopment Project provide for an office tower 43
stories in height containing approximately 851,875 square feet and a retail
area consisting of approximately 40,520 square feet of floor area as Stage 1
and a 13 level parking garage providing 1,150 parking spaces as Stage 2 and
have further identified that streetscape improvements have been constructed
consistent with the Downtown Streetscape Design Guidelines; and
