Somewhat off topic, but I really wish the tower's lobby had a more active use. 909 Walnut has the right idea.

“The main level gets almost no use,” he said.
“We want it to have a small and private kind of exclusive feel. First and foremost, it will be an amenity for residents and offices nearby, but it will be open to the public.”

PT’s Coffee Opening Second Downtown Shop

Owner Fred Polzin said the new PT’s space at 1310 Baltimore should find a receptive market. It’s expected to open by mid-June.

He said his new space is 1,200 square feet and should seat about 35 people. It will feature coffee drinks, Nitro coffee, cold brews, pastries, breakfast burritos, sandwiches and salads.
The hours are expected to be 7 a.m. to 6 p.m. weekdays, and 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. on Saturdays and Sundays.

Late July 2020 Update: 15 open units out of 291. 94.8% occupancy. Does not seem bad at all for end of month + COVID.
