color me intrigued. do we have any inkling of floor plans or number of units per floor or rooftop details or . . . anything?

one of the two penthouses is already occupied. i visited earlier in april and got to see the other one. cool spaces. i think those units were $5k+ per month. excited to see this building get finished and get occupied — they're going with two separate retail entities up front. not very big spaces, especially in the northern room, but a nice big window in each fronting walnut.

I remember rumor that these were going to be condos. That appears to not be the case? Is there any plan for them to convert in the future? These look like something I would like to purchase.
