I toured this place the other day. Very nice. They said they are 85% leased (started leasing majority of units in May) and that their micro-units have a year long wait list.

Glad to hear that it's doing well! I've been concerned that its location further east would make it unpopular.

I keep running into new people at downtown events and it strikes me that a significant number of them report living in this building. Good stuff.

The north corner spot here is going to be a coffee shop. I completely forgot to ask which one but can probably be found on permits or I'll ask. They're getting ready to take over the space and start construction.

The facial bar has relocated and should be opening up today after a final inspection. The makeup bar place looks close to opening next to the gym.

A tailor is going into one of the smaller spaces. City Gym is taking some office space too.

There's absolutely no work being done on cellar rat's and I question if it will ever happen, but they still have a big sign up. No progress on the main restaurant space either.

That's great news and what I keep hearing as well. I just would love to see some activity, but I know these things are hard.

I noticed that Pickwick now has flags on the roof like in the initial renderings. Small thing, but a nice touch that I'm glad made it to the final product.

Nice. Btw, is the space in the bus terminal open yet? My pic is a bit old, I haven't actually been by recently

I'm no longer optimistic about the wine bar. The space is still the same as it has always looked and there's a leasing sign above the window on the 10th street side.

The coffee shop isn't building out either. I'm not sure we'll see much here until building starts around. I think they were really counting on the hotel from what I hear.

It's a pretty isolated spot. Not exactly surprised retail isn't taking off there. Hopefully development keeps pushing east around it

They held a leasing event and I think everything was up that you see.

I should know this, but who owns that northern lot? I'd love to see it developed

If your mean the parcel north of the Pickwick, it's parking for the U.S. Courthouse so the Federal government owns it.

went here for the downtown dazzle thing and point blank asked what was going on with cellar rat; they said cellar rat changed course on doing this and passed the project over to some entity that's going to do a kaleo/health/whatever concept, but that cellar rat would be providing the wine for that concept, and cellar rat still works with pickwick on their wine club (or something similar to a wine club). so as all probably suspected at this point, it's not happening.

I was recently told that there still is a plan to open a coffee shop here in the North corner.

That will go over like a lead balloon. Hope they have a backup plan in mind.
