This place is great, open, airy, friendly, full bar. Food from Homesteader next door. They smartly carpeted to eliminate the racket.

Games are always more fun than I think they'll be.

And we are not your typical "developers". I do not abide by "highest and best use" the mantra of architects. I believe in best use, period.

Yes, the rest of the block will have higher density as we approach the taller existing structures.

when will those who have contacted you get information on pricing, etc? Will the new units match closely with the ones built already?

excited for the block...the indoor market is a home run idea!

New storefronts coming to the river market:

I thought I heard somewhere that this was to be a barbershop or salon

This I believe is the Cluster Truck delivery-only restaurant

Not sure what this is

Having seen the new brewery in the river market, I wonder if we will start to see developments similar to the east crossroads on that part of river market. Maybe daytime activities mostly on the west end and nightlife on the east

seems others are seeing them. they belong to a shared/public gallery in my Google Photos. Are you behind a corporate firewall that blocks Google cloud apps?

Any Delaware landing news? Thought late November early December more details were to emerge.

I'm glad it's in a more prominent spot. I don't think many people paid attention to it when it was behind union station.

That pic reminds me... has there been any activity yet with either the Cafe Al Dente or Winslow's spots? The landlords seemed in a hurry to send both packing but I haven't found anything since about plans for either spot.
