Trolley car to be turned into a Made in Kansas City.

I found a permit on the Compass KC site dated 10/10/2018 for the Tenant Finish of the Trolley Car.

What's the over/under on the Made in KC brand collapsing? They've had quite the rapid expansion this year.

I noticed the sign advertising the Wyandotte townhomes is gone (Epoch development).

Also, signage at the NE corner of 5th & Wyandotte is no longer advertising a three story spec office. It is marketing the corner for restaurant/retail now (Iconic development).

Hey I get noticed on certain posts...happy to answer questions.
We pulled the townhomes sign (ugly) b/c of lingering uncertainty with the master plan. 50/50 says it might be back. Certainly have demand.
the corner lot sign was Chris Sally - office bldg - and too small of parcel really for that. Unclear what it might become.
And hear the Pacific, Askew, Volker might be close to under contract by someone....

Promising to hear it's not totally dead (townhouses)....got some demand right here waiting (im)patiently for news on it loving forward. Any idea on timeframe when a decision will be made on the master plan or specifically these rowhouses?

If it isn't happening tell your other developer friends we want more of that type of housing downtown....

I see there is an ordinance for the council to remove the restrictions on the number of alcohol sales by glass establishments (taverns) in the River Market area. Any chance you are bringing on some new bars for the area?
