If you could care less about grammar, skip this topic.
"I could care less" is incorrect!
Think about it... if you could care less, that means you do care at least a little bit. Let's say that the amount that you care about something is zero. Assuming it's not possible to care negatively about something, zero is the lowest care you can have. You can't care less than zero. Therefore, what you want to say is
"I couldn't care less."
Thank you for your attention.

That has always bugged me too. People say that wrong and they are not making any sense.
Also, alot is not a word.

Problem is that you are trying to attract people to this topic that care about grammer. Yet at the same time you told those people to skip it with your title.

Start to use Yoda grammar I think we should. A great man Yoda was.

Eliphar, if you are young, you may as well find a way to steel yourself against poor grammar. It is rampant. Allow it to flow freely through your doesn't-bother-me cape. Otherwise, you will eventually go crazy, as highly paid, thoroughly educated journalists continue to murder the English language.eliphar17 wrote:

Another similar one I've heard is "YOU CAN WIN AS MUCH AS (blah blah) DOLLARS OR MORE!!", which can be anything from 0 to infinity.
