Red/Yellow Highlights?

What's with the red (rose) colored highlights on Kansas and yellow on City?

I vote against the enhanced effect.

I went to edit a document in Word after the above post and found that the highlights exist there as well.  My bad. 

I think I'll just do some work the rest of the day.....
