just curious, was there something in particular that prompted this?

The previous version stated that I reserved the right to give your information away for at reason and at any time, without notice. I don't like that. I also didn't like that it stated that each person's comments must somehow belong to them.

I would be worried that this sentence could put a damper on some of the picture-posting.

Text is almost all that is hosted by the forum. You host your own pictures. The text that constitutes a link to the image is public, but the image itself, since it's hosted in your own space, is yours to do with as you wish.

If it still works, you're welcome to use http://pr0n.kcrag.com to host pictures, and that will be public domain content. So far however, nobody has.
