is the time messed up?

Post by nota »

I just posted something that said it posted at 6:57 and it is only 6:10 right now.

I think it would be an hour off if it were DST, but this is 47 minutes. I checked the atomic clock and it says the exact same thing as my 'puter. 6:13.

The other day I noticed it was off by a half hour. I mentioned it to Bahua and I think he corrected it then, but it's obviously strayed off course again.

I put -0.81 in the Time offset box under profile and it seemed to fix it.

As I'm typing this post my computer says it's 9:55, but it shows Max at posting his at 9:59 am. It's like looking into a "crystal ball" :)

....of 1946!  For me, the time is never consistant, but is rarely more than an hour off.
