I think the same thing...no way PPA is this much of a jerk in real life...most of us would probably get along with him quite well...

which leads me to a question I've asked before...what makes people act like jerks on a message board?

do you still have those season tickets along the first base side, virus?

hard to believe baseball is already here. i guess with perez and hudson are both hurt, along with the combined suckage of bannister and DLR - i should've known. such is life of a royals fan.

well, to those who have been talking to me, i will be at the great woodswether cafe at 11:30 monday morning, then off to the k around 1. i am sure to see a few of you there. just belt out the words "Chef, is that you" and i will gladly say hello.

bannister sucked pretty hard in spring training last year, notice the timing of the quote. if he didn't suck at the time he would've made the team coming out of camp.

just messin' with you for saying the suckage of someone who was high in the rookie of the year voting, and his spring was not that bad, he had a few solid outings, and when they put the starting nod in front of him he tanked his last outing. hardly suckage.

some good outings from the begining, and some bad ones at the end. not hardly suckage, sorry. lots of aces have shitty springs. the guy showed flashes of dominance in the begining, and some shitty outings at the end. but i would not hardly call his spring suckage. generally, the spring is looked at for individual outings, not the whole enchilada. you look for little victores, and one run in his first two outtings, i would call that impressive.

dude he sucked in spring training last year. small sample size, but last year he didn't have the luxury of having a bad spring and getting a pass like he probably will this year.
