nope thats the KSMO Tower.
KCPTs is fairly new, it is the one that is beside 2 other much smaller towers along 21st Street.

KCPT was built around 1959 which is a few years after KCTV5 (1956)

those are the two candelabra towers, one in kansas city which is KMBCs, and the other is KSMOs tower in independence.

KCPT is even taller by the mast. Besides i did get my info from the Federal Communications Commission.
WDAF is the tallest in the downtown, plaza, midtown, and crown center area. The others are all along I-435 in KC. Ill see if i can put a diagram together to show...
